Every third Tuesday of September, the whole country watches the same thing: what everyone is wearing on their way into the Ridderzaal. The hats change. The sashes change. Some colors, it turns out, come back every single year.
Evergreen reading glasses: the color Prinsjesdag already confirmed

This year, one look on the way to the Ridderzaal did the arguing for us. A deep green dress, worn with the kind of quiet confidence we design frames around, in almost the exact vibe we picked for our own Evergreen colour.
Deep forest green, warm amber, rich tortoise. Available now in Eyeclass, with our signature blue light filter built in as standard, not an upgrade.
Grown up red reading glasses: the color the Dutch royals already wear well
A few steps further down the same procession, another color did the same thing. Princess Ariane in burgundy, deep and considered, exactly the register we had in mind when we named our own Grown up red. Not the red of a statement piece. The red of someone who already knows what suits her.
Grown up red returns this season in three of our all time bestsellers: Eyedentity, Eyewill and Eyecan.

Two colors, one Tuesday
We didn't plan Prinsjesdag around our color calendar. It just happened to agree with us. Evergreen and Grown up red were already in the collection before the procession started, and by the time it ended, the country's most photographed hats had made the same choices we did.
A little confirmation never hurts.
